Have you been out and about on a cold, wet and windy day? Then you have most likely seen those poor souls dashing along the pavement, soaked through, mournfully carrying their destroyed umbrellas, blown inside out by the wind. But this wouldn’t be your fate if you are wielding a Pasotti umbrella. Even better – you will look good, chic even. The day maybe drab but never a Pasotti!
These days there are only a handful of companies making umbrellas outside of China. To be successful, you must have something special. Pasotti umbrellas are indeed special, featuring splendid designs, fabrics, decorations and handles and proudly bear the ‘Made in Italy’ label. They also make fine quality shoehorns and canes. These high quality products are sold in 75 countries around the world.
The company was started in 1956 by Ernesta Pasotti, who began producing 'one of a kind' umbrellas that she sold directly, sometimes riding her bicycle. The tradition is proudly continued to this day through Ernesta's daughter and grandson.
